One of our favorite things about being located in Silver Lake is our proximity to our favorite cake shop, Lark! It's scrumptious and sweet and they offer great extras beyond just cake.

They're open 7 days a week and serve a tremendous variety of cupcakes and desserts. On the weekends they even have special treats available (this weekend it's a chocolate covered cream puff)! There are also seasonal treats like soon-to-arrive pumpkin cupcakes and currently, summer fresh lemon cupcakes. Pop Physique, not only our neighbor but a favorite & routine stop for several of The Hives stylists and employees. The Silver Lake location is always on our radar, with its state-of-the-art sound system, sprung floors & loads of mirrors to check your posture & hair.

The 1 hour classes are based in the ballet barre system, blending ballet, Pilates & light weights into a series of strengthening movements, isometric holds and stretches.
