Apiary Gallery curator Sebastian Marlow, with Theresa Ganser of Phoneme Media, has invited Los Angeles artists this month to display their multimedia art works to commemorate the five year anniversary of The Hive Los Angeles and the attached Apiary Gallery. In partnership with Greenbar Collective, Edendale and other community groups the event will collect money for donation to benefit Silver Lake and the greater Los Angeles community.
The free show starts Saturday, November, 23rd at 8:00pm with works displayed throughout the shop. Keeping up with The Hive's tradition of community, they extend the invitation to their community and city.
Since opening it's doors in 2008, The Hive Los Angeles and its owners Lissa Renn and Charles Renn have successfully served it's clients with conscious and quality hair care. The Apiary gallery, within The Hive, displays local and fine art.
